Over the course of 10 years I became a Mom to four blessings to my life. Being a Mom challenged my ability to prioritize my own health, but I’ve learned that daily movement is essential to being the best version of myself, which is why I am so passionate about getting my patients back to what they love to do.
My personal experience of pregnancy, labor, delivery, and most importantly the first year postpartum have had the largest impact on my decision to specialize in pelvic health. I realized the lack of support, resources, and guidance for women in this stage of their life. These experiences propelled me to pursue advanced training and certification in Pelvic Floor Therapy.
In my “spare” time I can be found supporting my children in all their sports, exercising in some form (everything counts), and time with my family. Through it all my extremely supportive husband of 18 years, whom I adore, 🥰 has been by my side.
